1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.


2. Time Frame for Returns

You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Return requests submitted after 48 hours from the delivery time will not be accepted.

A clear photo of the item (showing damage or defect)

A short description of the issue


3. Return Approval and Pickup

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup if available in your area.

If pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the item to our return address, which will be provided via email.


4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be processed in the form of:

Bank Transfer (details to be shared by you after return approval)

Note: We do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered
